Before sending a question to the XMPP Standards Foundation, check out the jabber.org status page, Jabber User Guide, general FAQ, end-user FAQ, developer FAQ, jabberd admin guide, and other documentation.
Also, the XMPP Standards Foundation provides public mailing lists related to Jabber/XMPP programming, server administration, client use, and protocol development. Please post there first, since you will probably receive a faster response!
